Mr. Jaideep Rao

Mr. Jaideep Rao brings to Technodeal an extraordinary depth of thought leadership and a rare blend of entrepreneurial experience, strategic thinking, and deep reflection on leadership and human behaviour. Having worked across startups, scale-ups, and leadership roles in growth-focused organisations, he has spent over two decades at the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategy, human behaviour, and organisational transformation. His worldview—refined through his journey as an entrepreneur, mentor, investor, and global coach—pushes us to look beyond surface-level fixes and operational horizons, and instead design structures, habits, and decision-making rhythms that can sustain growth over the long term. For Technodeal’s leadership team, Mr. Rao is both a thought partner and a mirror, encouraging us to see the complete picture, think more deeply, and align our choices with the kind of organisation we wish to build, thereby strengthening our leadership fabric with greater self-awareness, discipline, and strategic clarity.

CA Anupam Bhusari

Mr. Anupam Bhusari guides Technodeal on finance, governance, and long-term organisational discipline with the clarity and steadiness of a seasoned Chartered Accountant. Having worked extensively in business funding, debt structuring, taxation, and providing CFO-level advisory to growing companies, he brings a perspective that balances ambition with financial prudence. His experience helps us think more deliberately about capital allocation, risk, compliance, and the financial systems required for sustainable scale.
